The heavy-duty dual-chamber Pro Series system engineered for the M2, Mk19, M242, heavy weapon components, and high-volume firearm processing.

The Infante® P150 takes the two-chamber Pro Series architecture into a much heavier-duty class, with large-capacity chambers and reinforced baskets engineered to accommodate components from major weapon systems including the M2 .50 caliber machine gun, Mk19 grenade machine gun, and M242 Bushmaster, along with multiple smaller firearms, full-length weapon components, and substantial parts loads. Patented simultaneous 40/68 kHz dual-frequency technology combines aggressive cleaning action with deep penetration into complex internal geometry, while significantly increased ultrasonic power and heating capacity support the P150’s larger working volume and demanding military, armory, and professional maintenance workloads.

For general weapon maintenance, the P150 operates as a complete two-chamber clean-and-lubricate system, allowing one chamber to remain dedicated to ultrasonic cleaning while the second stays ready for ultrasonic lubrication. For refinishing, coating preparation, depot-level maintenance, and specialized parts processing, the rear chamber can instead be configured for rinsing. A heavy-duty rolling work stand is included with the system, creating a complete mobile cleaning platform from the start.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is the P150 different from the rest of the Pro Series
The P150 moves the Pro Series into heavy-weapon maintenance, combining large-capacity chambers, reinforced baskets, significantly higher ultrasonic power and heat, and a heavy-duty dual-chamber workflow. It is engineered to accommodate components from weapon systems including the M2, Mk19, and M242, while also handling multiple smaller firearms and substantial parts loads. It delivers much of the large-weapon capability required by military and professional armories in a two-chamber clean-and-lube or clean-and-rinse configuration.

Can the P150 clean heavy weapons such as the M2, Mk19, and M242?
Yes. The P150 is specifically engineered to accommodate large and heavy components from weapon systems including the M2 .50 caliber machine gun, Mk19 grenade machine gun, and M242 Bushmaster. Its large chambers and reinforced baskets are designed for the size and weight of these components while providing the ultrasonic power needed for demanding heavy-weapon cleaning.

Does the P150 clean and lube, or only clean?
It can do both. In its standard configuration, the P150 operates as a two-chamber clean-and-lube system, with one chamber for ultrasonic cleaning and the second ready for ultrasonic lubrication. The rear chamber can instead be configured for rinsing when preparing parts for bluing, plating, coating, or other finishing processes. Because ultrasonic cleaning removes protective oils down to the bare metal, having the lubrication stage ready allows cleaned parts to move promptly into protection before flash rust can begin.

Is the P150 a stock machine or built to order?

The P150 is built to order. Each system can be configured around the weapons, processing requirements, and workload of the operation, and Pro Series systems carry a lead time.

  • Key Features

    1. Patented Simultaneous Dual-Frequency Cleaning with PeakDrive™, AI-Sweep® and AutoDegas™

At the core of the P150 is Infante’s patented simultaneous dual-frequency technology, operating 40 kHz and 68 kHz ultrasonics at the same time rather than relying on a single fixed frequency. The lower 40 kHz frequency produces the aggressive cavitation needed to break loose baked-on carbon, heavy fouling, and stubborn contamination from large weapon components, while the higher 68 kHz frequency penetrates deeper into blind holes, recesses, internal passages, and complex firearm geometry found throughout systems such as the M2, Mk19, and M242.

Two 1,200-watt average-power ultrasonic generators provide a combined 2,400 watts of continuous ultrasonic output and 4,800 watts of peak power. PeakDrive™ dynamically delivers and optimizes that ultrasonic power through a rapidly cycling waveform, combining sustained cleaning output with repeated high-energy peaks that support stronger, more consistent cavitation throughout the cleaning cycle.

AI-Sweep® continuously modulates the ultrasonic output to distribute energy throughout the large cleaning chamber, eliminating low-activity areas and maintaining consistent coverage across oversized, heavy, and complex loads. AutoDegas™ automatically removes trapped air from the cleaning solution during operation, eliminating the need for a separate degas button or cycle and helping cavitation reach full cleaning effectiveness faster.

Together, simultaneous dual-frequency, PeakDrive™, AI-Sweep®, and AutoDegas™ deliver the world’s most efficient ultrasonic cleaning performance, achieving deeper, more thorough results while using ultrasonic power more effectively.

    2. Heavy-Duty Two-Chamber Clean-and-Lube Configuration

The P150 combines two large-capacity ultrasonic chambers into one coordinated heavy-weapon maintenance system. In the standard configuration, the front chamber handles ultrasonic cleaning while the rear chamber remains filled and ready for ultrasonic lubrication. Components from the M2, Mk19, M242, other heavy weapon systems, multiple smaller firearms, and substantial parts loads can move through the maintenance process without draining, refilling, or converting a single tank between cleaning and lubrication.

After ultrasonic cleaning and the recommended rinse, parts can move promptly into the lubrication chamber for protection. Because cleaning removes protective oils and exposes the bare metal, having ultrasonic lubrication ready as the next stage helps protect components from flash rust before corrosion can begin.

    3. Dual-Purpose Lube or Rinse Chamber

The P150’s rear chamber is not limited to ultrasonic lubrication. Depending on operational requirements, it can instead be configured for rinsing and professional parts preparation. This allows the same system to support both complete firearm maintenance and clean-and-rinse workflows for components being prepared for bluing, plating, coating, or other finishing processes.

Configured as a heated ultrasonic rinse, the second chamber removes cleaning-solution residue and remaining contamination from intricate surfaces, passages, and recesses, leaving parts microscopically clean with no residue and ready for the next finishing step.

    4. Filtration-Ready Tank with Bottom-Sweep Flow Distribution Plate

The P150’s primary cleaning chamber is filtration-ready and can be equipped with the optional IF7 Filtration System for continuous removal of suspended carbon, fouling, and debris. This becomes especially valuable when processing heavily fouled machine-gun and weapon-system components that can introduce substantial contamination into the cleaning bath.

An integrated bottom-sweep flow distribution plate spreads filtration return flow evenly beneath the heavy-duty basket and helps direct settled contamination across the tank floor toward the suction port for removal. The pitched tank bottom further supports more complete draining and effective debris removal.

The IF7 can be ordered as an integrated system mounted with the P150 or purchased separately as a stand-alone filtration unit and added later.

    5. Heavy-Weapon High-Capacity Baskets

The P150’s reinforced heavy-duty baskets are engineered specifically for the size, weight, and component loads encountered in heavy-weapon maintenance. Their capacity allows the system to accommodate components from weapon systems such as the M2 .50 caliber machine gun, Mk19 grenade machine gun, and M242 Bushmaster, while also handling full-length weapon parts, multiple smaller firearms, or large quantities of individual components in a single load.

The basket structure is designed to support these substantially heavier loads while maintaining effective exposure to ultrasonic energy throughout the chamber, making the P150 suited for military armories, maintenance facilities, production environments, and other demanding professional operations.

    6. High-Output 3,750-Watt Heating Per Chamber

Both P150 chambers are equipped with 3,750 watts of heating power, providing the thermal capacity needed to bring the system’s large solution volumes to operating temperature and maintain consistent heat even when processing large, heavy weapon components that introduce significant thermal mass into the bath. Independent chamber heating also allows the cleaning, lubrication, or rinse stage to be maintained at the temperature best suited to that process.

The heating system incorporates a 12-hour automatic shutoff to reduce unnecessary operating time and help protect the heaters if the system is accidentally left on.

    7. Included Heavy-Duty Rolling Work Stand

Unlike systems that require a separate bench or support structure, the P150 includes a heavy-duty rolling work stand designed around the system. The stand creates a complete mobile workstation, supporting the weight of the dual-chamber system while allowing it to be positioned where needed within an armory, maintenance facility, production floor, or firearm shop.

    8. Centralized System Controls

The P150 brings ultrasonic generator and heater operation together at a centralized control panel for straightforward system management. Operators can control the system’s high-output ultrasonics and heating functions from one location, keeping the powerful dual-chamber platform organized and easy to operate during demanding cleaning, lubrication, and parts-preparation workflows.
